The theme of  the poem is the necessity of having dreams or visions in life. Dreams encourage (উৎসাহ দেওয়া ) and drive people to achieve(অর্জন করা ) their goal. People With such dreams are the real dreamers. The poet says all people dream but they do not dream in the same way.Some people dream When they Sleep to rest. 0n waking up they find that their dreams are pointless(উদ্দেশ্যহীন) and futile(নিরর্থকতা) . But the poet calls some dreamers dangerous people. These people dream consciously(সচেতনভাবে) with open eyes, and from then they Start their dreams come true
