The Schoolboy

The theme of the poem is children’s   inborn (স্বাভাবিক) feeling of oneness(অতি বীরত্ব) with nature. Another important theme of the poem is the negative sides of formal learning. The restrictions(বাধা) put by schools rob(লুট করা) children off their childhood happiness. Too much “dos and don’ts” acts like a hurdle(প্রতিবন্ধক) for the natural expression(মুখেরভাব)of creativity(সৃজনশীলতা).
